Purchase terms and conditions

NOA Gallery is a part of Bonnier News AB (org. no. 559080-0917). NOA Gallery and noagallery.se will be referred to as "NOAGallery.se" or "we" below.

The following general purchase terms and conditions ("Purchase Terms") apply to all orders and purchases of products made by a customer through NOA Gallery ("the webshop"). By accepting and completing a purchase in the webshop, you also accept these Purchase Terms.

NOA Gallery reserves the right to change the Purchase Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Purchase Terms that you accept when placing your order applies to your purchase.

Purchases through noagallery.se are subject to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59).

General

All prices in the Swedish webshop are stated including VAT (excluding VAT in the Norwegian webshop). Shipping costs may apply depending on the chosen shipping option at checkout.

NOAGallery.se reserves the right to make changes to prices and range from time to time. The applicable price and range are always those that appear at the time of ordering. In the event of a sale, this will be stated in the order confirmation sent to your email after the order has been placed.

Ordering

Noagallery.se is an online store and we can currently only handle orders for delivery within Sweden and Norway through the webshop. All deliveries to Sweden and Norway are free of charge and have free returns. Any customs and import taxes are paid by the recipient. For any requests for delivery to countries other than Sweden and Norway, please contact kundservice@noagallery.se to see if this can be arranged at an additional cost that may vary for different countries.

You must be over 18 years old to shop at noagallery.se.

An agreement to purchase is only made when NOAGallery.se has sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. The order confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as possible after your order has been registered with NOAGallery.se. Always check your order confirmation to ensure that your order is correct. The order confirmation also includes a link to the applicable Purchase Terms. If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact kundservice@noagallery.se as soon as possible.

Payment

You place an order by clicking "Complete purchase" at the checkout. If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout before completing your purchase. It is not possible to combine discount codes with other discounts or multiple discount codes.

At the checkout, information about available payment methods will be displayed. By placing an order in the webshop, you agree that NOAGallery.se assigns its customer claim to Klarna AB through the payment solution Klarna Checkout. To enable Klarna to identify you, you need to fill in, among other things, your email address and postcode. Sometimes your social security number and mobile number may also be requested. The information you need to provide and the payment methods offered may vary from time to time. Klarna may also perform a credit check on you. If Klarna chooses to perform a credit check on you, this information will not be visible to anyone else who requests a credit check on you, and your creditworthiness will not be affected. Klarna also sends a copy of the credit check by post to you.

There are several payment methods to choose from at NOAGallery.se:

Klarna Invoice

Payment must be made within 14 days to the Nordea account specified on the invoice. The invoice will be sent by email when your order has left our warehouse, so you do not need to pay before receiving your order. You can also download your invoices at www.klarna.se. To order with payment by invoice, you must provide your full social security number. If you do not wish to provide your social security number or if Klarna rejects your request, you can choose one of the other payment methods presented at the checkout. Delivery against invoice is only made to the address where you are registered. In the event of late payment, Klarna charges a reminder fee, currently SEK 60, as well as default interest at 24% plus the applicable reference rate.

Klarna Account

With this payment method, you can choose to pay a certain amount each month. You can choose the amount you want to pay each month, but it must be at least one twenty-fourth (1/24) of the total amount or SEK 50 including invoice fee. If you have more than one installment purchase with Klarna, they will be combined on one monthly invoice to you. Klarna Account has an annual interest rate of 19.9% and an invoice fee of SEK 29, but no setup fee. You can easily terminate your installment payments at any time by paying the remaining amount.

Card

Pay with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express and the amount will be deducted directly from your account at the time of purchase. All card information is encrypted according to applicable standards and regulations, and NOAGallery.se does not handle or save any card information. Klarna is certified according to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standard.

Bank transfer via online banking

If you are a customer of Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, or Swedbank, you can pay directly from your online banking. In the checkout, you will be redirected to your online bank where you log in and approve the transaction, and the amount is then debited from your account.

Direct payment via Mobile BankID

Pay directly from your bank account by approving the transaction with Mobile BankID. The amount is debited from your account when you approve the transaction on your mobile device.

Delivery

Delivery of your order is made by Postnord and is free of charge, unless otherwise stated at the checkout when placing your order. In exceptional cases, a shipping fee may be added depending on the chosen shipping option, and the size of the shipping fee will be specified at the checkout.

The delivery time varies between different products and is stated on each product page. The normal delivery time is 2-7 days for deliveries within Sweden, some exceptions may occur and are then specified on the relevant product page. Delivery to addresses on Gotland and in Norrland normally takes a slightly longer delivery time, and shipments to Norway are estimated to take between 1-2 weeks.

You can track your delivery through the tracking link and package number that you receive from us via email. When you click on the tracking link, you will be taken to Postnord's service to track where your order is. If we determine that your order can fit in the mailbox, it will be sent as a letter, if it is larger, it will be sent as a package to your nearest collection point. To pick up your package, you will need valid identification and the package ID/serial number that you receive via SMS and/or email.

Delivery delays may occur, and we do not guarantee that the specified delivery time will be met. If delivery cannot be made within the agreed time, you will be informed without undue delay of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time. If the delivery delay is of significant importance to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase. In such cases you have the right to cancel the purchase within reasonable time from becoming aware of the delay.

Home delivery

NOA Gallery applies free shipping and free returns for shipments within Sweden and Norway using the My Pack Collect service at PostNord, which means that the shipment is delivered to the nearest pick-up point where package collection takes place. NOA Gallery also has the option of arranging home delivery of the shipment for an additional cost of SEK 250 including VAT. Contact kundservice@noagallery.se and we will assist you with this.

Change of sent shipment

If an order has been made and a change of the notified address needs to be changed after the shipped goods, kundservice@noagallery.se can help with this. For changes in name, address, and mobile number, a fee of SEK 400 including VAT is charged.

Right of withdrawal, complaint, and return

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, according to the law (2005:59) on distance agreements and agreements outside business premises. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying NOAGallery.se within fourteen (14) days of receiving the ordered product (the withdrawal period). If you want to cancel your purchase, contact NOA Gallery's customer service at kundservice@noagallery.se and request a return shipping label. This should be done within 14 days after picking up the package. NOA Gallery will then email a return shipping label that is used to return the item, well-packaged. If the product is in a deteriorated condition upon return, we will make a deduction from the refund that corresponds to the decreased value of the product if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to you handling the item carelessly.

Complaint

Your product should correspond to the image and size presented in the online store. However, NOAGallery.se reserves the right for any nuances in the product. We always carefully examine the products you have ordered before packing and sending them to you. This is to minimize the risk of you receiving damaged goods from the factory. Despite this, transport damage may occur during transport. If the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, you have the right to complain about the product. Inspect the received product carefully upon receipt. To complain, you need to take pictures of the damaged or defective product, damaged packaging, and the waybill attached to the shipment. We need the pictures and your order number to file a complaint. You have the right to complain about your product within three (3) years from the day you received the item. To not lose your right to file a complaint, you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time, normally within two (2) months of noticing the defect. "If you make a complaint about a product, our customer service will get in touch with you within seven (7) business days. Do not return any products until our customer service has contacted you. NOAGallery.se chooses whether to fix the problem or give you a new product. If you are dissatisfied with a complaint, you can always turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints at www.arn.se. If we end up in a dispute, we have a policy to follow the National Board for Consumer Complaints' recommendations. You can also turn to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) to resolve disputes.

Here's what to do when you've changed your mind about a purchase:

Contact customer service.

Customer service sends a return shipping label to you, which is used to return your item.

Pack the return well and with suitable filling material. The packing slip should be included in the package, and it should be sealed securely with tape. You will receive the return address directly from our customer service department.

Send the package back.

Refund when exercising the right of withdrawal:

When we have received and approved your return, or proof has been provided that the item has been returned, your money will be refunded to the same account you paid with, which will be no later than fourteen (14) days from your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. Klarna will also send an updated invoice by email to you. Refunds will be made in the same payment method as at the time of purchase. The full amount will be refunded, including shipping, taxes, and fees.

Attach pictures of damaged items, damaged packaging, and the shipping label attached to the package.

Customer service will send a new product along with a return shipping label so that the damaged item can be returned.

All content on NOAGallery.se, including all intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, belongs to NOAGallery.se. The content may include, but is not limited to, text, image, graphics, video, audio, or other formats or media. All use of content on www.noagallery.se, including copying or storing such content or any part thereof, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without written consent from NOAGallery.se.

Other:

Swedish law applies to purchases from NOAGallery.se.

These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be illegal to do so. NOAGallery.se applies applicable consumer legislation. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in information about products, color differences due to different screen settings, images, prices, inventory levels, or technical errors, and we reserve the right to change or correct as we become aware of them. NOAGallery.se is not responsible for fulfilling the delivery of received orders if and to the extent that the obligation cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen, including, but not limited to, war/warlike events, natural disasters, fire, labor market actions, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, transport problems, changes in legislation, and similar events. The occurrence of a force majeure event means that NOAGallery.se is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into. NOAGallery.se's liability is limited to direct damages. Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with any single order shall be limited to the total price of that order."
