• Sleeping Thumbelisa" by Elsa Beskow Sleeping Thumbelisa is a graphic sheet created in a numbered edition exclusively for NOA Gallery. The motif is taken from HC Andersen's fantastic fairy tale Tummelisa with illustrations by Elsa Beskow. Thumbelina was born inside a flower and was no more than an inch long. She was kidnapped by a nasty toad who wanted to marry her off to his ugly son. Thumbelisa, however, wanted to decide her own future and runs away with a swallow whose life she previously saved. Graphic sheet in a numbered edition, delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by Dag Beskow. Sovande thumbelisa is a graphic sheet created on age-resistant acid-free paper and is available in an edition of 200 numbered copies, all supplemented with a certificate of authenticity signed by Dag Beskow and embossed with Elsa Beskow's initials. The artwork is sold complete with the graphic sheet mounted floating and mounted in a white frame with white mount to create a complete artwork, just to hang on the wall. The complete artwork measures 39 cm x 46 cm.
