• Gaffa: The sea is a recurring theme for the artist Måns Heidvall. Sailing and windsurfing have been a central part of his life since his youth and he often depicts these interests in his very own abstract way. For several years now, he has been working with a technique where he paints with acrylics and uses tape. It was a technique he came up with when he was suffering from an illness that made it difficult to hold the brush completely still and get it just right. - Suddenly one day I just imagined how I would do it and then I stuck to that technique. Original art in acrylic Måns Heidvall's art can be found at noagallery.se and the works are original paintings made with acrylic and masking tape.
