• 19 m per second: There is a gale blowing here - which 19 meters per second counts as on the lake, on land it is called a strong wind. Måns Heidvall has sailed all his life, both in the Stockholm archipelago and racing in the Mediterranean. Many of his paintings with abstract, marine themes are partly about the longing to be on the lake. He has both windsurfed and sailed with different boats and on this motif you get the feeling of a windsurfing board making its way in the strong wind.
